Hang Tag Design and Printing
Two sheets of our thickest coated paper (350 gsm) are laminated together for extra strength, so the tag resists bending and breaking. The SAMUEL lettering can be printed with or without embossing. The "S" at the tip is printed on a colored hologram background.

The challenge
Standard flat tags were getting crushed and bent once the product was packed.
The solution
Two layers of coated paper were laminated together, so the tag is now much sturdier. A custom die cut and hologram print made the tag more eye-catching, and I handled both the design and the production.
