Domain, Hosting and Business Email Setup
This is where most businesses get stuck: whose name is the domain in, where is the hosting, why won't the email set up on my phone, what does "DNS" even mean? I take care of this part for you, but the accounts are opened in your name and the passwords stay with you. You're never dependent on me or any other designer. Plenty of businesses had an acquaintance register their domain years ago and now can't reach that person; don't fall into that trap.

What I do
Domain name
- Registering .com, .com.tr, .net, .org and other extensions; for .com.tr we prepare the required documents (tax certificate / trade registry) together
- Alternative name suggestions and a check that the name fits your brand
- Reminders so you don't miss renewal dates
Hosting and SSL
- Choosing hosting that fits what the site needs (shared hosting or a VPS); no needlessly expensive plans
- SSL (https) setup and backup settings
- Moving your current site to new hosting with a DNS switch that causes no downtime
Business email
- Addresses like name@yourcompany.com: cPanel email or Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Setup on your phone (iPhone/Android), Outlook and Gmail
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your emails don't end up in spam
- Shared addresses (info@, support@) and forwarding
## How we work
1. I ask about where things stand: do you have a domain, whose name is it in, what do you use for email?
2. I write up the options and yearly costs that fit your needs on a single page.
3. We open the accounts in your name (together, with screen sharing); I do the setup.
4. I hand over login details, renewal dates and a "what to do if something goes wrong" note.
This service usually comes with a Business Website or a Custom Website with Admin Panel, but I also do it on its own.
Frequently asked questions
How much do a domain and hosting cost per year?
A domain costs X–Y TL a year depending on the extension, and hosting X–Y TL a year depending on your needs. I put current prices in the quote; I'm not a middleman, you pay the provider directly. If you resell hosting from your own account, change this.
Google Workspace or cPanel email?
If your team is 3+ people and you'll use Drive/Calendar, go with Workspace; if it's just one or two of you, the email that comes with your hosting is enough and free. I explain the difference on our call.
My domain is registered in someone else's name. What should I do?
It can be transferred or the ownership can be handed over; I'll tell you how to go about it based on your situation.
My emails are going to spam.
Most likely the SPF/DKIM/DMARC records are missing; I check and fix them.
How long does setup take?
Domain and email the same day; .com.tr document approval takes 1–3 business days; moving a site takes 1–2 days.
