Digital Design: Social Media, Ad Creatives and Presentations

You need to post something on Instagram every day, but you can't wait for a designer every time. My approach: I build a visual language and a template set that fit your brand, and then you (or your team) carry on by yourselves in Canva or Figma. The same system works for ad campaigns, presentations and newsletters: set it up properly once, then produce quickly.

What I do

Social media sets

  • Profile set: Profile picture, story highlight covers, bio layout.
  • Post and story templates: 8–12 layouts for announcements, products, prices, quotes, campaigns and so on, with your logo, colors and fonts.
  • Monthly content design: A package of X visuals per month for those who'd rather not deal with templates.
  • Sized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok covers, with separate exports for each channel.

Ad banners and campaign visuals

Google Ads (display and Performance Max), Meta ads, marketplace (Trendyol, Hepsiburada) storefront images, website sliders and campaign banners.
- A ready-made set following each platform's size and file-weight rules (e.g. 1080×1080, 1080×1920, 1200×628, 300×250, 728×90)
- 3–4 variations of the same campaign so you can test which one gets more clicks
- Checks for text ratio, safe zones and legibility (no tiny text that vanishes on mobile)

Presentations and newsletters

  • Company presentation template (PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides): cover, section, text, table and chart slides
  • Design cleanup of investor and sales decks; you bring the content, I bring the layout
  • Newsletter design (mobile-friendly templates for Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.) and email signatures

Other digital work

Digital (QR) menus, event invitations, YouTube banners and thumbnails, app store images, simple animated visuals for online ads (GIF/MP4). If you need something that isn't on the list, just ask. There's very little that can't be done; what matters is that we understand each other.

How we work together

  1. I get to know your brand. Your logo, your colors, your brand identity if you have one. If you don't, we build that first (Print Design).
  2. Sample set. We agree on the direction with 2–3 sample visuals.
  3. Full set and templates. Every layout, with editable files.
  4. A short how-to. A one-page guide or a 5-minute video showing how to edit the templates.

Why a template system?

Ordering visuals one at a time looks cheap in the first month and turns expensive by the sixth. A template system is set up once; after that you don't wait for a designer for every post, and your brand doesn't look scattered. If you're wondering whether you really need a website alongside your social media, I discussed that in a separate post: Do you need a website if you have an Instagram page?

I'm also open about which parts of the job I use AI tools (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) for: they help with producing visuals, not with brand decisions. (What do I leave to AI in a logo project?)

Frequently asked questions

Will you manage my social media account too?

No, I don't manage content calendars; I make the designs and templates. If you like, I can refer you to a social media specialist I work with.

Which software are the templates made in?

For most clients, Canva. For teams with in-house designers, Figma or Adobe files. Whatever you already use.

Do I need a photo shoot?

Not necessarily. If you have product photos we use those; if not, we work with stock images or illustrations. For a shoot, I can recommend the photographer I work with.

How much for how many visuals?

I quote based on the size of the set. I do single visuals too, but a set is always better value.

Do you also run the ads on Google or Instagram?

I prepare the ad visuals and copy suggestions; managing the ad account is a separate job.
