Presentation and Newsletter Design
A presentation is often the one file that decides whether you win a job; a newsletter is the one thing that reminds customers of you in their inbox. For both, you bring the content and I bring the layout. I turn a messy 40-slide PowerPoint into a story people can follow, and build a template your team can't break later.

What I do
Company presentation template
- PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, whichever you use
- Cover, section header, text, two-column, image, table, chart, quote and contact slides
- Brand colors, fonts and logo placement built into the template, so nothing breaks when your team adds new slides
- Predefined chart and table styles
Redesigning an existing presentation
- Sales, investor, proposal or training decks
- Content hierarchy: one idea per slide, headlines that read like sentences
- Icons, diagrams and simple infographics
Newsletters and email
- Mobile-friendly templates for Mailchimp, Brevo, Sendinblue, etc.
- Layouts for campaigns, news and announcements, with clickable buttons
- Company email signature (works in Outlook, Gmail and on phones)
## How we work together
1. I get your existing file and your brand identity.
2. We approve the layout with 3–4 sample slides.
3. You receive the full template or the redesigned deck, plus a 10-minute "how to use it" video.
If you also need a printed version (a proposal document, a catalog), I carry the same design language over: Catalog, Brochure and Menu Design.
Frequently asked questions
Will you write the copy too?
The copy comes from you; I suggest cuts, tighter headlines and a better order.
Will our team break the template?
The master slides are locked, so the layout stays intact; only the content changes.
Who sends the newsletter?
You do (through Mailchimp or similar). I set up the template and we send the first one together.
How much for how many slides?
Templates are a fixed price; redesigning an existing deck depends on the number of slides.
Timeline?
A template takes 1 week; redesigning a 30-slide deck takes 3–5 business days.
