Catalog, Brochure and Menu Design

On multi-page jobs the hard part isn't the design, it's pulling the content together: 80 product photos, three different Excel files and a pile of "add this too" notes. I turn that pile into a page layout; you just confirm what's correct. At the end you have both a PDF for the printer and a lightweight e-catalog you can send on WhatsApp. Example: Brochure.

An open printed catalog on a wooden table next to a cup of coffee

What I do

Product catalogs
- A layout system (grid): product photo, code, dimensions and price in the same place on every page
- Photo editing: background cleanup, color matching
- Print PDF + a compressed e-catalog for screens + an optional online flipbook version

Brochures and price lists
- A4, A5, tri-fold, z-fold; for trade shows and sales teams
- Single-sheet price lists and a proposal document template (Word/PowerPoint)

Café and restaurant menus
- Printed menus (single page, multi-page, board), table-top and QR menus
- An editable file you can update yourself when prices change (Canva or PDF template)
- Menu psychology: reading order, which items to highlight, where prices go

## How we work together
1. We gather your content (copy, photos, price list) in one folder, and I list anything that's missing.
2. We approve the layout with 2–3 sample pages.
3. All the pages are laid out, and you check the information is correct (prices, codes).
4. We decide on paper, binding and page count together with the printer, and I run the file through my checklist before sending it (Final checks before sending files to the printer).

Frequently asked questions

Is catalog design priced per page?

Usually, yes. I quote based on page count, number of products and how much photo editing is needed. Optionally: "from X TL per page".

We don't have photos. What should we do?

I can recommend the photographer I work with for product shots. For small products, a simple light box shoot can be enough, and I'll explain how to do it.

Our prices change often. Do we have to come back to you every time?

No. I deliver menus and price lists in a form you can edit yourself. You only come back to me when you need a bigger design change.

What is an e-catalog?

A PDF version of the same design that opens quickly on screen and has clickable links. We can also put it on your website if you like.

How long does a catalog take?

If the content is ready, a 16–24 page catalog takes about 2 weeks. Gathering content is usually what stretches the timeline.

Tell me roughly how many products or pages you have in mind and send your old catalog if you have one. I'll prepare a quote.
