Logo and Brand Identity Design

Your logo is your brand's signature. Your brand identity is the set of rules that keeps that signature the same on a business card, a shop sign, Instagram and a product box. I do both together, because a logo file on its own starts looking different everywhere within two months. Since 2016, at agencies and as a freelancer, I've designed logos or identities for more than 60 brands.

What's included

Logo design
- Briefing call and a quick competitor scan (how does everyone in your industry look?)
- First drafts in 2–3 different directions, then 2 rounds of revisions on the one you choose
- Horizontal/vertical, full-color, single-color and dark-background versions of the final logo
- Files: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG (vector) + PNG/JPG (web and social media)
- Color codes (CMYK, RGB, HEX, Pantone) and font information

Brand identity (optional extras)
- Business card, letterhead, envelope, folder
- Email signature and a social media profile/cover set
- A one-page mini brand guide: correct and incorrect logo use, clear space, minimum size, colors
- Previews of applications like signage, vehicle wraps and uniforms

All source files are yours. If you want to continue with another designer or a print shop, you won't be dependent on me.

How I work

  1. Questions. I've published the list of questions I ask before starting a logo: The first questions I ask when a logo job comes in. We go through the answers in a 15-minute call.
  2. Research and sketching. Dozens of attempts on paper; only the ones that work make it to the screen.
  3. Presentation. I show the drafts where they'll actually live: on a business card, a phone screen, a shop sign. A logo floating on a blank page is misleading.
  4. Revisions and delivery. The chosen direction gets refined, and you receive the files and usage notes.

I've written openly about where I do and don't use AI in this process: What do I leave to AI in a logo project?

Not every brand needs a brand-new logo. If you have a logo people have recognized for years, simplifying it so it works properly in print and on screen is often the smarter and cheaper choice. If all you have is a JPG, I redraw it as a vector and fix the low-resolution problem for good.

Frequently asked questions

How much does logo design cost?

It depends on whether you need just a logo or an identity package, and how many alternatives you want. After our chat I send a clear, one-page quote.

How many options do you present?

Usually 2–3 directions. More than that makes the decision harder; with the right brief, 3 directions are enough.

How long does it take?

First drafts in 5–7 business days, delivery in 2–3 weeks including revisions. We can talk about rush jobs.

Can I register the logo as a trademark?

The logo I deliver is designed exclusively for you. For trademark registration, you or your trademark attorney file the application with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, and I prepare the files you need.

How is this different from ready-made logo sites?

Ready-made and generated logos are used the same way by hundreds of brands, and you can't register them as a trademark. Here you get a logo that's yours, designed around your industry, your competitors and the places it will be used.
